Looks like the only good news tonight will be Zona beating Duke and the ACC that ruined college basketball.

At this point it's an absolute miracle if we make the tourney. A likely loss tomorrow against GT basically seals it because then Cuse comes over (another near guaranteed loss). Now 4-2, soon 4-4. We might even be under .500 by Christmas at this rate.

The only very good team in our conference is Creighton. Until someone else steps up, we are a bad conference…sorry. Even Nova beating Kansas tonight won't taste as good with almost all of our teams losing these games.

Goal 1 was beating Wisconsin. Failed. Goal 2 was not losing another game going into MSG vs. Cuse on Dec. 15th. Failed.

When you get some of the best recruiting classes in the nation years in a row and can't even buy a trip to the NCAA tournament, I'll post the same thing for you.

Nova gets to the line every time they have the ball. You would think SJ picks up on that realizing that getting a ton of FT's is how you stay in and win games. We have the dumbest players in the conference unfortunately. Maybe next year for us. Rooting for everyone else in conference.

Creighton is the 1 team we are all counting on to keep winning. If Creighton loses and you have to figure Nova likely loses to #2 Kansas, this is easily the worst day of the new conference.

By the way, Nova playing right with Kansas like they are the #3 ranked team. This is something the Johnnies have never done…we would be down 30 by now with Kansas. The 1 thing I've always loved about Nova is that they don't care who you are. They will play with any team in the country even if you are a top 3 team.
