and for gosh sakes- if you say that VCU is a gimmick- you are totally diminishing what the Hoyas did. The Hoyas won more than VCU lost.

Nice showing by the Hoyas. That earlier loss is fading from view.
Xavier will surprise. Never count them out of the Dance.

Nice work G'Town, things are looking up for the league.
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Great job Hoyas!

I heard some rumblings that the oBE teams were not holding up their end of the bargain so far this year.?? I guess this will help silence that a bit. I really think this year is going to be about teams winning a big game vs. a conference top team and then losing the next vs a 8-10 team. I can't remember ever feeling like Team #1 and Team #7 or 8 are separated by a very small margin. I said it earlier this year that I really think 12-13 wins is going to win this league this year. I see an awful lot 9-9, 10-8 teams so far. No one has shown (yet) that they have what it takes to run away with this league.

I'd love to hear anyone make the case that there is a BIG difference between teams 1 through 7/8. The results sure don't prove that out.

N'Eastern is hanging tough with a good FSU team 58-54 with 2:30 left.

Great job Hoyas! Really learned to dislike VCU thanks to the fans that came on this board... reminded me of Wichita fans.
