"The one (1) Grand Prize shall consist of the following: a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to: (i) the Big East men’s basketball game between Xavier and St. John’s in Cincinnati, Ohio, currently scheduled to occur on December 31, 2013; and (i) and the Big East men’s basketball game between Butler and Villanova in Indianapolis, Indiana, currently scheduled to occur on December 31, 2014 (the “Basketball Games” and collectively the “Trip”). Grand Prize includes: (A) round-trip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor, the “Grand Prize Winner Airport”) to Cincinnati, Ohio and from Indianapolis, Indiana to the Grand Prize Winner Airport; (B) two (2) nights’ accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy); (C) local ground transportation to/from airport/hotel and hotel/stadium; (D) Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) spending money, (E) chartered bus transportation between Cincinnati, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indiana accompanied by Gus Johnson and Bill Raftery, and (F) two (2) admission tickets to each of the Basketball Games. The ARV of the Grand Prize is Two Thousand Four Hundred Ten Dollars ($2,410.00).
