It was even for the first few minutes but PC is in a 20-2 run. Score is 22-8 with 6 minutes to go in the half.

He certainly doesn't have to score to impact the game.

Portland is within 4 points of Michigan State late in the first half!

At the half, I'm most impressed with the way PC moves the ball. Their experience shows. They read each other well. They all handle the ball well, they all see the floor well, and they all pass the ball well. It's an up tempo offense and they will score a lot of points.

On the other side of the ball, it's hard to tell, given the level of the opponent, but I don't think they're going to stop a lot of people. Could be in a lot of high scoring games.

I hope you're wrong, Cooley's philosophy is defense first. They look better on both ends because of Dunn IMO.

Just like brown PC has let Vermont back in Irish a poor start to the 2nd half, lead down to 7. Mich state clinging to 1 pt lead over Portland at home. Softest #1 team in awhile.

Now you guys see why we needed Dunn back so badly he is a difference maker on both ends of the floor

Watching Dunn play his first game. I feel even better about my preseason prediction of him as BE MIP. Cotton is our best player, but Dunn is the most important. His length, athleticism, explosiveness, and ability to create for others is dynamic. Hasn't scored, but you can see how he changes the game for PC.

And I dont understand the comment about poor defense. Vermont had 14 pts at halftime when that observation was made.

If Dunn can stay healthy, Providence is a likely NCAA team from what I'm seeing...
