I made about 5 versions of my top 10... one with Creighton at #1 and one with Creighton at #6. I give up. I think 9 teams in our conference all have legit chances at NCAA tourney births. I think after all is said and done, only 6 will make it... and the regular season will decide who goes and who stays.
I think if St. John's gels well, they could finish as high as number 2 in our league. They have a lot of young talent, and I think they might finish the season strong.
I think if Providence gets Dunn back and everyone stays out of trouble, they will be a top 25 team as well.

And actually- if we did get 6 in, we'd have to have it where the #1 seed is like 12-6 or something like that, and 6th team is 9-9(I don't see us at all getting a sub .500 team in). Well- if that happens- our top team may be like a 5 or 6 seed, and then have a bunch of 8-12 seeds. What does that do? 2nd round games against 1-2 seeds. I'd rather get 4 teams in but have them all seeded stronger than have 6 teams in but seeded poorly.

So you're saying you wouldn't mind if your team was one of the two that didn't make it. A conference should always want to get as many bids as possible. Seeding is irrelevant once the tourny begins and 6 bids>4 bids.
