Sat 11/9 BE Game Thread (3 games)

Postby TheHall » Sat Nov 09, 2013 10:59 am

Today's line-up (BE prediction 3-0):

Grambling @ DePaul 4:00 p.m. EST FS2
Niagara @ Seton Hall 6:00 p.m. EST FS2
Lamar @ Butler 8:00 p.m. EST FS2

Just an idea/suggestion, instead of having multiple threads for individual games every night how about someone start up a daily game thread whenever BE teams are playing. Thought it would be helpful for checking in on games & for catching up on games the next day.

The daily game thread could also be used to post news about other cbb games/highlights like this one. Probably the best dunk of the night from Arkansas's Michael Qualls.

DePaul not messing around with Grambling State in the first half, up 44-26

Freshman Tommy Hamilton, Jr leads the Blue Demons with 11 points and 10 rebounds at the break.

Got some friends at the game, cant find a stream for the DePaul game anywhere. Just following along ESPN gamecast and BDN.com chatter from the folks there. It sounds like Depaul is doing well, just need to work on a few things I'm hearing.

I can't find a stream either. I tried following the game on foxsports.com but it wouldn't update, so I switched to espn. Haven't had problems with any other games on foxsports, not sure what the problem is.
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Cleveland Melvin now 5-for-5 on 3-pointers.

DePaul has pushed their lead up to 27 points, now leading 55-28.

Nice start for DePaul, don't want any bad losses in the conference, so far Miami, K-State and Virginia Tech have fallen to low major teams. LaSalle also lost to a low major.
