Creighton tickets sold out!

15000 season ticket holders. Individual game tickets went on sale today and the entire arena of 18k is already sold out for more than half the games. Holy crap!

I'm very impressed with your attendance figures. I did however notice the 9 out of the last 10 highest attended games were during Doug McDermott's Sophmore & Junior campaigns. When he leaves after this season will this high attendance figure sustain?? What is the average attendance for the last ten years etc??

Very true, no different than any other team, when the team is good, the ticket sales go up. I don't know the exact figures but the average attendance over the last 10 years is around 15K. Our low point was about 4 years ago when we only won like 18 games that year and went to the CIT. That was our lowest point in the last decade and that year we averaged around 13K which isn't too shabby. So I think it's safe to say at high times we will probably average 18K a game (this year) and our low point is probably around 13K.

Creighton is a first class program in a great city that is just barely too small for a pro team. As long as Creighton is in the top half of the league I'm sure they'll draw well.

Tickets sold out before they even went on sale. Marquette alumni club warned about this in an email day before. We weren't even able to get our small allotment the university usually gets. So everyone is on their own.

Was hoping to come up to visit my friend in Omaha over the break and catch the game and now we're screwed. Are there scalpers at the game? Is it still possible to get something? Christ Omaha, settle down.
