As i've repeated here a thousand times, we went to the games in Providence. Villanova beat Marquette, and Iona under unknown coach Jim Valvano beat Holy Cross.
Two days later had Georgetown over Iona, and Syracuse over Villanova. Pretty sure Syracuse's backcourt was made of two guys named "Cone" and "Headd", which my 12 year old brain found funny.
