Thanks for posting that, X Factor. I think that Creighton is also positioned to go to the tournament. And if Villanova gets on a hot streak . . .

Huge week coming up for Creighton. @ Xavier and then Providence.
Nova just needs wins. These next 3-4 games are must wins for them IMO.

Kenpom projects them to go 9-11 overall in conference play, which sounds like an NIT bid to me. For those saying that they're different with Cam Whitmore, I agree, but it hasn't borne out in efficiency metrics yet and their Kenpom ranking has been pretty steady. Basically, Nova has to do better than projections, changing a 9-11 finish into something like an 11-9 or 12-8 finish. Kenpom cumulative expected wins over the next four is 2.44 wins, so winning at least three in the next four is a step in that direction. Winning all four would be a wonderful course correction.
I'm assuming that they just aren't going to get Justin Moore back unless I see him check into a game.

11-9 and they're 17-14. That's not going to be good enough almost certainly
Why they need to win these next 4 is who it's against. @ Depaul, @ Butler, Georgetown, and @ St John's. Those are the kind of games that to get up to 12 or 13 wins and feel better about their chances they need to rack up..
