It looks like if Xavier can go 2-0 this week, they'll be back in the rankings. That might be a bit of a zero-sum game with UConn, though, who could easily drop out with a home loss to Xavier. Marquette has a very likely road back into the rankings too. I don't think it's likely that all of Xavier, UConn, and Marquette are ranked next week, though, unless a couple more nearby teams drop games. Go Murray State and Alabama's opponents!

Alabama will be facing you'd figure a very angry Kentucky team after getting beaten tonight.

Another team to root against- St Mary's- they play both San Francisco and BYU. If they won both, you'd figure they'd get back in the polls. And another one is Iowa who only has Michigan this week.

Xavier is really gonna drop in one votes. Winning just one game this week would have done a lot for them, because almost all the teams behind them split games. Oh well, I'm more concerned with Xavier's tournament trajectory; they'll make the tournament, but they might squander good seeding.
