Not really a game of interest but I was scrolling through scores and noticed TNTC, a school I hadn't ever heard of. Apparently they are called Tennessee Technological University and I can't help but think they missed a prime branding opportunity to call themselves "TNT U."
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

It drives me nuts when I see kids pass up a dunk/layup when up by 1 or 2 possessions with less than a minute to go. It usually kills only like 3 extra seconds. Darthmouth did exactly that up 5 with 30 seconds to go. Stanford ended up forcing OT & will win comfortably here.

Yeah for sure. But a lot of coaches drive it into their kids heads not to shoot at all period.

Comical that this result will hurt the Big East.... Backwards from normal.

Aren’t they just the normal D1 Tennessee Tech out of Cookeville?
"When you lose a program like Creighton, there's no sugarcoating it," Valley Commissioner Doug Elgin said. "It's a devastating loss. They're going to go on and have success in the league they've joined." Yahoo Sports, October 10, 2013.

Under 10 seconds, but more like 5, I can see the value of a few seconds being greater than 2 points. 30+ seconds? I think it's bad coaching.

saw that the makeup for Duke got cancelled- Loyola Md(due to positives with the Loyola program).

So Duke just scheduled Northwestern. To me, this is best case scenario for Duke- they know that the ACC is down for sure. They get to add a pretty good Northwestern team to their OOC schedule- probably would be a Q2 win worst case. For them could be a huge help to get a #1 seed sadly.

Correct, and it is clear that the "tech" sound is what they were going for with the TNTC. When I saw it my brain went "Tennessee Technical College." All I'm saying is that, as an acronym, "TNT U" would have been...dynamite...

I'll see myself out.

Va Tech absolutely plastered St Bonaventure today 86-49. Yikes.

Bad for Marquette and UConn.
good for Xavier

St Bonaventure now 3-3 since Charleston. With 3 double digit losses.

A-10 looking like 2 bid league max.
