Not getting enough playing time? I get it. Graduating and want to spend your last year of eligibility somewhere else? I get it. But when a good player (that of course gets significant playing time) heads out the door, that's never a good sign

His handler, Duval Simmonds, recently tweeted something about Q being the best post player in the BE, getting overshadowed by the losing.

If he was the best player he should've carried his team further along the NCAA tourney

I don't get it. They did well, created some buzz, won the BET out of nowhere. Why leave when you are part of something great?

Patrick Ewing is gonna have to figure out a way to keep his players. This isn't acceptable every year. A program like Georgetown shouldn't be losing players left and right

G'town has added transfers 6'9" Tre King (E. Kentucky 14 pt 6 reb.) and 6'6" Kaiden Rice (The Citadel 17 pt 4 reb.). Also considered a dark horse for 5 star Patrick Baldwin. Will definitely have a few transferring out.

Just noticed that the official roster for Georgetown has Ryan Mutumbo listed as 7'2" 252! That is a bit of a "stretch" isn't it? I thought he was listed 6'11" with a need to bulk up during his recruitment. Their opener is not until Saturday, but if this is anything close to legit.....yikes!

Also noticed that EKU transfer big man Tre King is not rostered. He was going to have a for sure impact for the Hoyas. Xavier really struggled to contain him in a close W for X last year. Apparently he didn't meet the Universities "conduct standards" and is back in portal limbo.

In what universe do you blow an opportunity to receive a degree from Georgetown instead of Eastern Kentucky University. Someone should have been giving that young man better direction and advice.
