You're missing nothing. His lawyer's clearly an idiot, unable to tell the difference between a doctor and a trainer. Sounds to me like he got some bad advice from a lawyer who's either overly ambitious or just straight scamming him (I hope for Myles' sake he doesn't have to pay if he loses). Based on how poorly the suit reads, I wouldn't trust this lawyer to win him anything even if he has a good case. Unfortunately, it's a black eye for Seton Hall even if they did nothing wrong.

That’s the part that really sucks. Sadly, the world we live in is guilty until proven innocent.

Ya, that suit is a hot mess. Did he hire Ollie's lawyer? Sucks when a beloved alum takes the scortched earth route.

I've always thought it's risky for an all-conference level jr to return for his senior year because of limited upside. Luka Garza may be another one of those cases. I get that he's probably a little salty, but man this is kinda shocking because I thought he was a Seton Hall lifer.

This sucks because that suit seems like complete BS however it will without a doubt make it harder to recruit

There's nothing shady about hiring Tiny Morton. It was 100% out in the open and well within the rules. Now, Morton himself seems a bit of a shady character and I certainly think it was risky on Willard's part to bring him anywhere near the program, but there's no evidence of wrongdoing from Willard there.

Didn't even mention Tiny and that just proves my point. Willard isn't above doing shady shit to keep his job. Now with this going on look for him to jump ship after this season to any power conference program most likely a lower level power program like a BC, Wake, Pitt etc.

Proves your point, how? That I reasonably assumed you were referencing something butt hurt SJU fans still moan about 8 years later? Bottom line is there was nothing shady about it. Willard didn't hide that he was hiring Tiny because he didn't have to because it wasn't in violation of anything.

I didn't mention Tiny and you feel the need to post this huge defense of something that isn't a big deal. Sure pal, Willard is always on the up and up and never does anything shady. The best player your program has had in 30 years is just lying, thats much better.

Willard needs to get his guys stick in the NBA and making good comments about Seton Hall. That's one way to kind of protect yourself from potential rogue allegations. Maybe Mamu?
