Other schools were involved including Arizona and Oklahoma. Before he committed to Auburn in the fall, he had a very impressive list of offers including, among others, Kansas, Okie State, Arkansas, FSU and Georgia. He was looking for immediate playing time and felt Auburn recruited over him with transfers and so he decommitted. The chance for early playing time is why he came to Creighton.

I don’t know much about recruiting but he was one of the guys invited to the Iverson event so I’m guessing he must be pretty good. I guess we’ll see.

Glad Creighton is bringing in talent. The conference is better when Creighton is good, if only because DePaul 2: Nebraskan Boogaloo would be a disaster.
