We're totally gonna get to see Oregon State and Syracuse zone each other to death, aren't we?

Has Dolezaj played at Syracuse for like 20 years? Or has there been a succession of 5 brothers that all look identically wussified four years each?

Hinkle Fieldhouse sure has proven to be one of the shining stars of this tournament. Viewers previously unaware of its rich history can now wax poetic on the heroics of Bobby Plump of Milan/Jimmy Chitwood of Hickory, and debate who would prevail in an alley fight in Broadripple; Gregg Marshall or Norman Dale?

I agree.

Historic Hinkle Fieldhouse will be used for the first round, second round, and Sweet 16.

Oregon State last made an Elite-8 in 1982, where they faced Georgetown, who crushed the Beavers by 25+ points.

I can't find the clip, and this is only from memory so i might be wrong cuz i was in 8th grade, but i think very early in the game Ewing popped an Oregon State player on defense, which seemed to intimidate any Beaver that ran through the lane.

Here's a cool old article (which doesn't mention Ewing bangi g anyone, lol).

Pulling for the Beavers but don’t want all 3 PAC-12 making it to the Final Four. That’s a Big East record that I never want to see duplicated.....unless, of course, the Big East did it again.....

Big TV ratings for the Sweet 16 games. I suspect the TV networks will want to keep this schedule going forward and I am okay with that. As much as I liked the Thursday afternoon start, having a Saturday full of first round games was pretty awesome.
