As things stand right now, you definitely don't want to be in the 8/9 spot even more than normal years. Won't be placed in Nova's side of the bracket, so the odds of having to play Gonzaga or Baylor is pretty high.

American has 1 bid

Lunardi now has the normal 68 team bracket posted, along with 16 and 48 team brackets. It is kind of interesting to look at, but has the NCAA given any indication that they don't plan to move ahead with a 68 team NCAA tournament?

NCAA announced the full schedule of dates and its 68 teams.

At some point Hall fans need to start worrying about opportunities for wins to show they are an ncaa team.

Beating someone big like Nova certainly would've helped, but at the same time there's only 6 teams in the country (and 0 in the Big East) with more quad 1 wins than SHU at the moment.

I only see one questionable loss on their schedule (URI). I think this year might see more teams who pass the eye test get bids. SHU certainly passes the eye test IMO. The BE is going to get 5, maybe 6 teams IMO. SHU finishes top 4, they are in. They also get Creighton, Nova, X, UConn and Marq at home. So plenty of opportunities.

That’s a very good team. Having a potential AA doesn’t hurt their chances either. If I were laying $ on whether they’d make the tourney I’d confidently lay a bunch on SHU.
Go Nova!

Lunardi currently has Seton Hall among Last Four In. PC among First Four Out.
