With a W the Jays will go up a full game on Nova in the BE. Thanks Nova for sitting out so much.

I am a bit "concerned"??, perhaps curious is a better term :D to see how the Radnorites come out after such
a long layoff. I am smiling at the thought of Nova's "new" gauntlet in February (StJ, @DePaul, Marquette, @Xavier)
along with the already scheduled games:

Looks as though they can squeeze in 1-2 games btwn 7 and 13 Feb, and again 2 more btwn 20 and 28 Feb.
10 tilts in Feb. is gonna be a real grind. No layoff before Jays nor after UConn game. Then closing out v Jays
and Prov. Nice. ;)

Possibility to squeeze a game in between Prov & SH during that 23rd-30th Jan layoff also. No rest for the weary.

Feb. 3 VILLANOVA at ST. JOHNS
Feb. 7 XAVIER at VILLANOVA
Feb. 13 VILLANOVA at CREIGHTON
Feb. 17 GEORGETOWN at VILLANOVA
Feb. 20 CONNECTICUT at VILLANOVA
Feb. 28 VILLANOVA at BUTLER
Mar. 3 CREIGHTON at VILLANOVA
Mar. 6 VILLANOVA at PROVIDENCE

The way things are going they may decide to cancel these postponed games, as we may have more postponements
coming. We may be lucky to get in 10 conference games as Covid is not slacking off.

Roll Radnorites!

A few years ago, they struggled big time when Watson went down. Creighton is deep.

Sounds like minor hamstring for Zegarowski and ankle roll for.Mitchell, both should be fine with week off.

Our failed walk on experiment then didn’t teach Mac any lessons, our new walk on got 9 minutes today, smdh

Seeing 3 new PGs (all 4 stars) coming in next season, it appears to me that Mac has learned his lesson. At least for this season, I would think Creighton has to feel good at the PG spot between Zegarowski and Mitchell. I doubt the walk-on gets any meaningful minutes going forward.

McDermott essentially gave Zegarowski the NBA load management day off yesterday against St. John’s and CU still wasn’t even challenged.
Nebraska by birth, Creighton by choice.
