Creighton made everyone proud...painful to lose game on a FT...but Kansas was at home and got some cooking too. Huge no foul call late when Creighton should've shot 2 with a few minutes left. Even though you didn't get the W, you guys proved your ranking is no joke.

Bill Self wasn’t happy that Creighton fans bought a huge numbers of the 2500 tickets available yesterday at Phog. And they made a lot of noise too. Reminded me some of the first trip to BET when creighton sold more tickets than any school had ever done or something like that.

I don't know man, CU has had 3 different top 10 worthy squads in the last 5 seasons. Hard not to be bullish on that program. But yeah, Kansas won't wake up tomorrow and suddenly realize Creighton is a rival.

I feel like the Big East affiliation is all that Creighton needed to help us get over the hump. We should be good for a long time. Great fan support helps.

Yes, and when I was a Senior in HS to being a senior in college MU had 3/5 top 10 squads (plus actual tournament success) and a lot of good that did us for staying power. Is Creighton on an upward trajectory? 100% but are they going to be playing in the champions classic any time soon or get KU to play them neutrally in KC? Not a chance.
