No. 6 Duke lost at No. 8 Michigan State and No. 20 Kentucky lost to No. 7 Kansas.

No. 12 Villanova’s game against St. Joseph’s - scheduled for tonight - is postponed because the Hawks tested positive.

No. 19 Richmond’s game against College of Charleston – scheduled for tonight - is cancelled because the Spiders tested positive.

.
United States of College Basketball 2020-21: Where every team ranks in each state, from top to bottom - Matt Norlander – November 24, 2020
Wisconsin

Top team in state: Wisconsin Badgers

The rest:

2. Marquette
3. Green Bay
4. Milwaukee

State of the state: We've seen many years in the past 15 where Marquette and Wisconsin have been on even ground vs. each other. This year Wisconsin clearly sets up as the superior squad. The Badgers return most of their minutes from a team that tied for the Big Ten regular-season championship, while Marquette has to replace one of the five best players in school history, Markus Howard.

Marquette fans (including myself) are looking forward to Monday’s reshuffle in the AP Top 25 Poll. Meanwhile, there is a major meltdown in progress on the Badgers’ basketball message board ‘Buckyville’ on the Wisconsin vs. Marquette game thread entitled: they suck (obviously referring to Marquette), with 148 posts to date. Enjoy.

Yes...

So, this will be a thread to discuss either the AP Top-25 poll for early December, Dayton hoops, or Urban Cowboy... whichever may interest you the most

My wife, kids and i plan on watching "Urban Cowboy" some night this week. Just wanted to let you know... we're on a Travolta binge.

In the late 70's, my parents, sister and i were walking around Harvard Square in Cambridge, and John Travolta walked past us on a crowded sidewalk and dipped into the subway stairs. My mother and sister chased after him but he was too quick, probably cuz of his super dance moves. He had just won the Hasty Pudding Award that weekend.

As for "Urban Cowboy", i thought Debra Winger was kinda cute, but i was more drawn to the chick that Travolta had the fling with in the fancy penthouse apartment. Also, man i was scared when Travolta almost fell off that oil derrick or water tower... geez!
