This is more towards the women's side, but with the Women's Tournament moving to Mohegan Sun, a great goal would be to both of our basketball tournaments have sellout championship games and then some (very possible with UConn now in tow). In addition, to be the premier basketball conference in the country (men's and women's), it would be great to get a UConn National Championship to pair with another BE National Championship (like in 2003, 2004 and 2013 for the Big East, though I realize UConn had dual wins in 2014 as members of the AAC, and again in 2016 with Villanova/UConn).

DePaul, and, lately, Marquette have been strong programs at the top of the Big East for Women's Hoops. Xavier and Providence have been similar to DePaul and, a few years, St. John's, on the men's side. We need those bottom programs to step up and become more competitive for the overall strength of the league. Georgetown could also be better on that side as well.

And, once again, same goal still applies: would love there to be a year where the Big East has a #1 overall pick on both the men's and women's sides. It's much harder on the men's side, since none of us are one and done programs. I'd settle for a few lottery picks and a #1 pick on the Women's side.
