The Big East gave Creighton an actual championship trophy on the floor, so I’m not sure anyone can be upset with CU celebrating as such.

Lots of prayers heading upward that Zegs is okay.

I agree, I don't see anything wrong with them celebrating with a trophy. Just because SHU and Nova chose not to doesn't mean Creighton can't.

I get why some people took issue with it - that it can be seen as disrespectful to have a trophy ceremony in front of a team that has equal claim to that trophy - but then what's the point of awarding a trophy if you can't celebrate it. Perhaps SHU should have done more to celebrate its share.

Because i'd think he'd do decent at depaul and that would be a huge improvement for the program. Believe me as a st. john's fan I know you need to just get back to respectability and consistently making NCAA's before you can think about final fours and conference championships. Thats why i love Anderson, I don't think he's gonna lead us to national titles but I think he can get us to being a consistent middle of the pack program who every few years with a senior laden team can be in the mix for a conference title and a sweet 16.

I think Moser can get you guys to be a team who doesn't always play the fist day of the BET.

Really both X and Marquette are on the bubble now.

One thing both got lucky- the teams right behind X all lost. Texas Tech, UCLA, and Texas(with a brutal loss).
