This is probably the single game where depth is most likely to be an issue for Georgetown. I feel like they are the better team, but I don't think they'll be able to handle St. John's pace all evening.

Georgetown is smoking St. John's 42-16. Wow.

Just tuning in. Usually in a St. John's game, if one team has 10 TOs in the first half and the other has 3, St. John's is on the better side of that ledger. That stat being flipped tonight probably tells the tale, because St. John's sells out on the turnover defensively and they don't score well in the half court. For those who have seen the first half, does this sound about right?

St John's not playing dead, but might be too little too late unless the refs put blinders on for fouls in transition... Refs got a little note to start letting freedom of movement on offense be a priority, so not thinking it will go that way... Or GT can go cold as ICE!?!!? Wow! No easy nights in the BE!

What a huge waste of one of the best OOC performances in the country. Wins over Arizona and WVU and now we shit the bed again. Every year. Every freaking...year.

SHU really dialed in so far. Doesn’t look like an ideal matchup for what X likes to do. Lot of game left though.

too many TO's and bad defense. we can't win giving up 80. otherwise we didn't play badly. lucky to only be down 8

Did i not say Xavier would remember how to shoot the 3 tonight? And wow that press gave us fits - certainly put a scare into me at the end there.

SHU, IMO probably is the one BE team with the highest potential to make a deep tourney run this year. That’s a really tough team to prep for (esp. if it’s the 2nd weekend game). You can’t simulate their size or Myles ability to make tough shots. Just a scary good team when they are rolling. Really nice win.
