Still wondering where this was in ooc play. This is the Providence we all expected from the start.

We got some foreshadowing in their beatdown of Texas, but man, they were simply bad for a long stretch before that.

Don’t know how we pulled that one out. Colin Gillespie and D carried us. This conference is a meat grinder. Good game Jays. We were very fortunate to come out with a W.

Agreed. As a team, everyone not named Gillespie was 2 for 28 from 3. Impress they pulled out this win in a really tough environment. The key to the game was Bey shutting down zegarowski.

Jays blew it. I blame Mac.

Rinse and repeat.

Nova can thank Greg McDermott for that W. Taking out the hot Bishop for the struggling Mahoney was such a Mac move.

Now Jays have to go to Xavier and to Georgetown. Yikes!

Wow that was a fun PC Marquette game. The guy can ball but I can’t stand watching Neymar Howard. Phantom of the Flopera over here.

The 5 out, 0 in, pass around the perimeter and chuck up a 3, or watch guys who have limited ability to break down a man try and go one-on-one to score has not been serving us well. Hoping some adjustments are made soon or the Wildcats are gonna have a hell of a time in the Big East this year and not in a good way.

As I pointed out in this post previous to the game, the 3 ball is still an issue for us, and we still need to find more creative ways to score on offense when the 3 isn't going down, which is a lot for us lately, but I will take the W. Colin Gillespie has really turned into a heck of a player for us and a great leader. Without him we definitely have a few more losses this year.

Creighton is a heck of a squad. Game obviously could have gone either way. Great atmosphere. gtmo is my boy.
