The BE has been amazing over our last 6+ seasons, but imagine the difference if these two players never existed:
- the Koenig guy on Wisconsin... Xavier and Villanova games.
- Luwane Pipkins on UMass... helped cost us a bid last season, and hurt our seeding 3 years ago.
- Luwane Pipkins on PC... has been Jekyll and Hyde.

What happened with you guys during your OOC schedule? Was it a matter of not playing together? Not playing intelligently overall?

My perception is that you have the talent and you have a great coach. It just seems like something went really wrong at the beginning of the season.

Short answer would be---> We thought Pipkins would be able to come in and run the offense immediately and make good decisions, but he can't. Then we took too long realizing he should play at the 2.

Bunch of other things too that have driven me crazy too.

‪In 2010, Butler was a couple inches from a national title. In the year, they finished with the 49th adjusted offense and #7 defense. Today, they are 26th and #4.‬

Looking at Pomeroy, it now has a greater than 50% chance of winning all remaining games except one, where it is 47% (at SHU)

PC has a 9-4 record against DePaul since realignment, including their 2016 loss when they were #11 in the AP. I’m sure they’ve never complained about DePaul’s OOC performance after those four losses.

that's because depaul sucked. they had maybe one high major player on the roster for a number of years. providence has top 100 players up and down their roster and couldn't manage to beat some of the worst teams in D1. not the same at all. is it good to lose to either? no, but i can atleast understand being upset at providence
