FOX throwing out a helluva trio of BEast action...and smartly before the NFL takes center stage. Just a mid day HOOP FEAST for us BE diehards. I’m predicting ALL 3 roadies get the W......book it!

Feels like the Jays are loose and playing with house money. I’m not calling a W, but I feel oddly confident.

You’re probably right with the first part...pressure more on the home teams to hold serve at home. I’d have to look at past years but I get the sense that Butler has the kind of defense that can cause a team like Creighton some problems. They’ve got really good on the ball defenders and they keep their defensive shape really well. If Creighton is going to win they are going to have to hit contested 3’s and win a bit ugly. We know those guys can win pretty, especially with the 3 headed perimeter monster of Z, Mitch and TA. If they can go into Hinkle and grab a win I’d be really impressed.

Last 2 CU visits to Hinkle = 2 losses by a combined 38 points. I don’t see today being a blowout by any means but I think this might be a tough spot for The Jays.

I have no dog in this fight. Hoping for a well played game by both either way

Kamar is obviously not right (0-9 in the first half).

Its encouraging that the Dawgs take a 10-pt lead into half despite that. He’ll of a shot by Ballock at the end of the half for Creighton. Hopefully that doesn’t get him going.

The refs are stealing the show in the 2nd half.

Yeah, the refs need to let the guys play. Neither team is allowed to play D. Great game though!

This is one of those classic butler squads that they’ve had many times over the last 2 decades.

They grind games out, may not always look pretty but they are tough as nails.

No one wants to have to play them for 40 minutes in March

About what I expected in this Butler - CU game. Butler is really good. They take away what you like to do and grind you down. I think many posters are underestimating how good they are. Team to beat IMO.
