Curious...anyone care to read into this? Would seem that that Butler and Creighton are the more accomplished programs as of late but both G'town and SJU with considerably more national exposure opportunities. East Coast bias? Market size? Old school C7/BE bias? Does it attempt to mirror perceived conference heirarchy or expected finish?

Stu Jackson made a comment along the lines of trying to predict which teams will be better and shaping the schedule around marquee games. That’s probably playing into it. Nova, x, shu, and gtown getting a lot of games would follow with that. I’d imagine St. John’s is getting a little New York market and msg preferential treatment to some extent. Expectations for butler are a little lower after last year. Creighton I’m a little surprised by. Probably a few creighton and butler games got diverted to st johns

Glad SJU is playing 6 of 9 at the Garden but DePaul at MSG and Providence at Carnesecca is a head scratcher.....

You’re right about that being a good time for us to play especially since you won’t have Antoine yet for sure. We should have the experience edge.

Also, the students will be gone for break.... so, the best time possible to catch them at the Finn.

I doubt he is mad about it, the schedule PC got is very favorable and he has not lost in Queens since his 1st year at PC in 2011.
