6. No. 7 Wofford vs. No. 10 Seton Hall (9:40 p.m., CBS)

The Terriers defied the mid-major norm by staying away from the bubble and receiving a solid seed in the NCAAs, but their memorable season could come crashing to a halt against a Seton Hall team that played itself off the bubble and was very close of winning the Big East tournament. The player to keep an eye on is Wofford’s Fletcher Magee, a three-point marksmen and 20-point per game scorer.

Perimeter defense is key. The Pirates will have a significant advantage in size and athleticism, but Wofford moves the ball well and just plain makes shots. If the number of Wofford 3 point makes stays reasonable, I like the Pirates - but this Terriers team is capable of getting stupid hot from deep. On the offensive end, SHU can't fall into the trap of trying to answer 3s with 3s. Powell aside, it's not a strength of this team and getting into a long range shooting contest with Wofford is a recipe for disaster. They need to use their size and athleticism advantage to drive constantly and limit empty possessions as much as possible.

Fletcher Magee was making some stupid shots last night, but he makes a lot of 3s! Those twisting shots with nothing but net were crazy. I'm thinking Kentucky is not liking what they saw last night.
Hope Powell comes back next year for y'all, he looked devastated, but he did about all he could besides shooting a little more efficiently. (Tough when you spend that much time and effort out there!)
