Okay, I am not an objective, nonpartisan reviewer here. But this is awesome. Also was glad to see this morning that FS1 is on-air on local Cox channel 1078 in HD. Last night that channel finder page that Fox had available was indicating the both channels would not be on the high definition channels. This morning though, yes, HD. I mean sports are meant for HD afterall.

Just another reason to be thankful we are on Fox Sports 1. ESPN sub-licenses AAC games to CBS Sports Network (in like 50 million homes). Fans of the AAC aren't too happy about that....

Not necessarily the same situation, though. Fox owns all of the Big East's content, so I think most are assuming the sublicensing is moving games that wouldn't be on FS1 into better positions. ESPN doesn't control all of the AAC's content, though I'm not sure to what level they do have. If this deal is moving games they expected to be on ESPN family, then it's a negative. If the deal is grabbing ESPN3 only content, then it's probably good (unless you want the stream). If fans are complaining, they probably see it, true or not, as the ESPN share of the pie being downgraded.

edit: All of these games are all being moved off of ESPN/ESPN2/ESPNU/ESPNews. Can't blame their fans for being upset.

I assume FS1 will have live Big 12 and PAC 10 football games this weekend right? How do they determine when to show games on FS1 vs the regional Fox channels?

Looks like the Pac-12 is leaking their league schedule today, looks like Cal vs. Stanford Jan 2nd at 9 ET, Arizona vs. Arizona State on Jan 19th, both on Fox Sports 1.

@FOXSports1 will also carry Pac-12 men's basketball tournament championship game (March 15), as well as semifinal #2 and quarterfinal #4
