Good to finally see a web journalist who knows about Martin. He was putting together an All-BE season, averaging 12pts and 8reb before tearing his ACL on an awkward landing against Seton Hall. He didn't look like a guy with two surgically repaired knees for the first half of last season. He looked smooth, durable, and aggressive. I even thought, hell, if he can start to knock down 3's, maybe a future in the NBA isn't a delusion. He's got the size, the natural athletic ability, and the proven determination to improve his game.

If he's healthy and able to make it through all of next season, 5th starts to look pretty realistic for the jays. Considering who we lost and how much youth we will have, not a bad place to be.

Hoping the Johnnies players are using this stuff as bulletin board material. Actually glad to see that we are predicted to finish close to last because we do not do well with high expectations. I'd rather sneak up on people. Obviously, Heron is the X factor for our potential this season. After we find out if he's eligible or not it will clear up a bit.

This was assuming that he's not eligible. I'd say 8th is pretty fair if he isn't eligible. The article even indicated that they would revise if he does become eligible. If he's not around, I don't think there's much of a chance to finish much higher.

I think this is fair. However, by season's end, we will ALL agree that Alpha Diallo is one of the 5 best players in the conference. Book it.

I'd move Prov up to #1 and Nova down to #5 and Dribble's order would be about right. Not even playing in the Pavilion will help much this coming season.

GTMO, of course you would flip Nova down to 5! Buddy, hoping for it and wishing it, ain't gonna make it so. You can press rinse and repeat 4 straight years with our man GTMO... BTW, according to this guy your boy will be pre-season BEPOY. I like this guy, he's pretty smart! Eric is going to have a killer year.

Interesting tidbit. After starting the year 1 for 24 or some awful number from 3, he finished the remainder of the year and through the tourney at OVER 46% from down town... Book it, he is the next Nova player to go from a 4* talent to star/leader and then to the NBA. He is incredibly athletic.

There's no doubt that Eric is one helluva talent. I hope he does beat out Epperson for PoY, but it will be a battle. ;)
Nova has too much untested and brand spankin' new talent to integrate. They've been great, but every team has cycles. Time for a down season to regroup for the Radnorites. I am looking forward to seeing the upgrades at the Pavilion this season.

Ha! I'm taking the bait this time, troll. This is only because I have something in mind. Would you like to make a wager via PayPal?
