1. UConn. Regardless of football woes. UConn's basketball cache is still very valuable and they have longstanding rivalries with half the schools in the Big East.
2. Dayton. They have shown they are committed to high-level hoops, their fanbase travels very well and they would provide instant rivalry games for Xavier, Butler and Marquette.

Do you really agree with the unlined portion? I know that many folks in the Northeast feel that way, but the rest of he country does not.
