PG Jordan Walker is announcing his commitment at 3PM ET today. He's expected to announce for Seton Hall.

ESPN - 3 Star (seems dated)
Scout - 3 Star
Rivals - 4 Star
247 - ???

Walker could very well be SHU's PG of the future, but he's not likely to be the guy they need to fill the whole for next season. I expect them to still pursue a grad transfer PG (assuming they don't get a miracle about-face from Duval).

The Hall also received a commitment from 7 foot juco transfer Romaro Gill. He's a bit of a project with very little basketball experience, but at his size - he's a risk worth taking.

Congrats. Hoping you guys find the PG of the future. If he can step in and help immediately, that would be huge considering the potential pieces you have coming back.

Gotta luv the grind in the Big East. No off days in-season or out.
Congrats to the Hall.

Willard doing work in off season. I was concerned with looming departure of their 14 class but he's filling out the roster with some good pieces. Walker definitely seems to have the handle to play PG. Not sure about his shooting or playground style of play, but being surrounded by seniors may be the perfect situation for him. Flashy and in-your-face attitude. I see why people say he'll be a fan favorite. Look forward to seeing him.

I sure hope he develops into that PG of the future...though Willard's still intent on pushing Jay Wright for Jahvon Quinerly. SHU's still a fairly distant 2nd from what I understand though. Seems doubtful he goes anywhere other than Nova.

A bit of a reference point for fans of teams that played SHU back in the old Big East - Walker's been drawing comparisons to Jordan Theodore (SHU PG 08-12). If he turns into Theodore 2.0, I'll be very optimistic about the next 4 years.
