Creighton's looks about right. We are looking at a couple other SF/PF types but havent offered yet. I wouldnt be surprised if we still have 2 open scholies in the spring and looking at transfers.

Xavier report looks spot on; really only Wilkes, Manley, and Scruggs in play. I see Xavier landing Scruggs at the end of the day. I'm not too optimistic about the other two.

Wilkes to IU and Manley to UNC is my prediction.

Marquette looks about right. I didn't realize Georgetown had 5 open scholarships still. That's probably at least a few more top 100 kids for the league once they fill it out.

Georgetown has three open schollies Hayes, Pryor & Cameron. Hope to fill at least two for the 17-18 season.

Seton Hall is rumored to have pulled it's offer from Andre Rafus. They're currently interested in Nojel Eastern (visiting this weekend) and Trevon Duval (long shot)

So Georgetown and Seton Hall seemed to have backed off Rafus? What's the story there?

For Seton Hall, as far as I know it's nothing more than that, with limited available scholarships (currently none, but things open up), they're choosing to target bigger fish and also more interested in guards for 2017. Rafus was set to make his commitment last Friday, but then decided he needed more time. Rumors are he delayed his commitment because SHU was going to be his choice but they backed out.

One thing to consider with recruiting is that each school has a different strategy on filling out their roster. Some schools look to fill all 13 positions, and other choose to only take 10 or 11 guys. I know when Xavier entered the Big East they needed to upgrade their roster so for two classes they maxed out. Now the prevailing thought is to keep two open.

Having some flexibility allows for a mid season transfer, a grad transfer, and or a potential decommit from an off season coaching change. Also, it helps sell playing time if your roster isn't maxed out.

Nova does the same thing.
