*Seton Hall has a big weekend on the recruiting front. Kevin Willard’s club is hosting Bryce Aiken, a 5-11 point guard from Elizabeth (N.J.) St. Patrick’s, and Myles Powell, a 6-2 shooting guard from South Kent (CT). Sources say Powell likes Seton Hall a lot

What are the chances of landing this future back court?

Both are top 100 recruits, if Willard can land one, it might save his job for another year.

Top 100 recruit Myles Powell commits to Seton Hall. Congrats! Dare I say this earns Willard another year???? How do Seton Hall fans think about that?

Congrats Hall fans. Good get. Glad that you guys are getting the quality NJ kids over Rutgers (the embarrassment of NCAA college athletics).

If landing him, a very good get is seems, saves him his job than he has got a nice backing at the hall. I think this years results on the court should matter much more.

The kid's a great get and it would be huge if they land Aiken too, which isn't out of the question. He's between SHU, Harvard, and Miami. Apparently Powell's been in his ear about joining him at SHU and he'll decide after his official visit to the U.

As for Willard as nice as it is to land another top 100 kid (and maybe 2), he needs to get results. The recruiting may buy him another year with his boss, but it won't with the fans. They're coming into the season calling for his head and the only thing that'll quiet them is an NCAA bid.

Somehow I just noticed this now while looking at ESPN Top 100. Congrats to SH.

Yup, good for him. Obviously, I wish the Hall could've gotten him for basketball purposes, but I can't fault the kid in any way for choosing a Harvard education. Heck, I think he'd have been a fool to turn down the opportunity to go there. Best of luck to him both on the court and in the classroom.
