Detroit native. A fav of Asst Coach Murphy's.
D2 Juco 1st Team AA at Mott in 2013-14. 24 ppg and good assist man.
Did not play last year - completed his AA degree.
Calling him a combo gd, but he is a scoring guard. Pitt, Iowa St. Mizzou, and 1 or 2 others were in the mix this summer.
Immediate eligibility - 2 years to play 2. Will trek to Italy also.
One returner - Geoff Groselle (5th yr Sr) has graduated and is in grad school.
Geoff is walking on/giving up his scholie. Malik gets that scholie.
Still at 13. 3rd straight yr for a significant walkon player at CU.
