Recruiting Star Ratings

5* -- Probable 1 year player, elite at their position as compared to others.
4*-- Contributor from Day 1 for his college team.
3* -- Will almost surely start at lower levels or a bench player early in his career at higher.
2* -- Development project who has a couple solid skills but not a complete game currently.
I don't understand how the ratings are compiled, but I look at it like baseball's 20-80 scale for rating prospects.
