DePaul finished the season ranked 23rd, so you would expect them to be one of the lower 6 seeds, so for them to be a 7 isn't that wild of an underseed.

St. John's finished ranked 36th in the AP poll if you include the "others receiving votes," so you would expect them to be the worst nine seed, so again, an 11 isn't that wild of an underseed.

And DePaul stakes a place in the Sweet Sixteen with a 74-65 upset over #2 Duke at Cameron Indoor.

Just goes to show you what the right coach should be able to do at DePaul.

Nice. Atleast one Big East team made the Sweet 16.
