Seth Greenberg floated the idea of a BE/ACC merger.

Why did ESPN visit UConn today? I have 2 theories….

1). They are angling for the next contract and are trying to show some goodwill….

2). ESPN is in such bad shape financially, it was way cheaper to drive up the road to Storrs instead of flying the whole crew out to another location…..

Either way, I can’t stand that entire network……really hope we stay with Fox…..

So basically get the old Big East back together, after Clemson, FSU, and the other football powers flee the merger to the SEC/BIG?

Agree 100%. I have zero interest in having any kind of affiliation with them.

Along with Gameday, SVP has had Hurley, Shaka and now McDermott is coming on tonight...

Any thoughts about us connecting with Peacock? I like their coverage of the EPL, and they did solid work with the Big Ten. They had the Dolphins-Chiefs playoff.

ESPN is going to eff us. We'll get bad coverage and their goal will be to hitch their sh-tty ACC dregs to our bandwagon.

Want to watch a Butler vs Seton Hall game? Sorry it's on ESPN+ or ESPN-37... Sorry Bluejays and Friars, you got bumped off ESPN itself cuz they're televising Clemson at Virginia Tech.
