Time to get started. The BIG EAST battle against the F5 begins tomorrow at the corner of West 33rd Street and 7th Avenue in New York City at the World's Most Famous Arena at 6:30. Rick Pitino returns to the sidelines of Madison Square Garden with the Red Storm as the Johnnies welcome the Michigan Wolverines to Mid-Town Manhattan. Two hours later, Sean Miller will bring his Musketeers to Indiana to take on the #3 Purdue Boilermakers. Pitino and Miller set to carry the banner to get things rolling. What appears to be the last Gavitt Games are set to begin. Let's get two tomorrow.

11/13:
Michigan v. St. John's
Xavier v. Purdue

vs. ACC - 0-0
vs. B10 - 0-0
vs. B12 - 0-0
vs. SEC - 0-0
vs. PAC - 0-0

Total - 0-0

A BIG EAST night to forget. Despite a packed Madison Square Garden clamoring for a win, the Johnnies fall flat and drop Pitino’s Garden return against Michigan. Xavier put up a better fight at Purdue but also took an L. But tomorrow is another day and we have a chance to move back to the winning side of the ledger. The Gavitt games continue with Marquette on the road at Illinois and the Friars and Jays hosting the Badgers and Hawkeyes. Let’s take all three.

11/13: Michigan v. St. John's LOSS 89-73
Xavier v. Purdue LOSS 83-71

11/14: Marquette v. Illinois
Wisconsin v. Providence
Iowa v. Creighton

vs. ACC: 0-0
vs. B10: 0-0
vs. B12: 0-0
vs. SEC: 0-0
vs. PAC: 0-0

Overall: 0-2

The Hoyas take a loss in Jersey against Rutgers in the Gavitt games which are all tied up with two to play. Next shot at the F5 comes tomorrow with five games set and a possible sixth depending on St. John's does in the Charleston Classic first round and if they meet up with LSU tomorrow. If so, that will be added. But for now, tomorrow's blockbuster day includes games against the Big 10, Big 12, Pac-12 and SEC.
