In the only matchup of ranked teams on opening night, #21 Creighton went on the road and defeated #23 South Dakota State 78-69, thanks in large part to Lauren Jensen’s 30 points.

Early women's bracketology has 5 Big East teams: UConn, Creighton, Villanova, Depaul and Seton Hall.

Isn't there an entire Big East Women's Athletics Forum specifically for this so that there is no need to put a placeholder or discussion here?

Creighton goes on the road again and beats South Dakota. South Dakota made the Sweet 16 last year, projected 11 seed this year so far and have some top 25 votes. Great start for Jays.

Jays host Nebraska this week. Another potential ranked opponent for our resume.

Nova also wins at #24 Princeton. Big East wbb hasnt lost a game yet at 18-0.

Creighton boatraces #22 Nebraska tonight 77-51.

Ladies are having a hell of a season so far.
