Wednesday's Xavier-UConn men's basketball game postponed

The Xavier-UConn game scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 20, has been postponed due to COVID-19 issues within the Musketeers' program.

A makeup date has not yet been announced.

Unfortunate for both teams, and I was gonna root for Xavier in this one. Anyway, back to tonight's games.

Nova -9 is pretty large considering the COVID pause they are coming back from. That said, I would probably still lay the points.

Going w the Hall - less of a lay-off. This is an excellent time
For the Radnorites to stumble 2-3 games. ;)

GIT, how are you my man?

BTW, Hope is not a strategy. Wishing may not make it come true, even if it tightens the standings for ya!

I am just thrilled they are FINALLY back on the court. Yes, I see some rustiness coming, but how long will they be rusty.. TBD. Go Cats!

Hey Jack,
I am well and still on top of the dirt, lol. Took a bit
of vacation these past couple of weeks. You good? Hope
your holidays were great.

“Remember, Red (Jack), hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies." (A. Dufresne) -Shawshank Redemption

Rust or no, an excellent opportunity for Nova’s nxt 2-3 opponents
to take some blocks from beneath them.

Nova's been practicing since Thursday from what I understand, so I thinnk they'll be fine. Maybe some rust but enough adrenaline from finally playing another game to counteract that. And besides, "rusty" for Nova just means a top 3-5 level team instead of a top 1-3 level team lol. I wouldn't mind being wrong and seeing SHU get off easy today, but I don't expect it at all.

Overconfidence is a dangerous trait to develop. Fortunately, All of Eastern Pennsylvania can take the rest of the season off. Nova's fanbase is in the scores (20's) of Millions on this board.

3pt defense optional to start. At least it's going both ways this time...
