You know, not all that bad. Of course not everyone will be happy! Honestly, I think you could go Villanova or Creighton as a toss-up for the one and two spot. A lot of people are giving a lot of love to UConn, remains to be seen if they live up to it. I think flipping Seton Hall and UConn is probably a better bet. Xavier to me is the wildcard. They could be anywhere from 3rd to 5th or if it doesn't come together with the young players further down the line.. To me the one that is underrated is Providence. I think they're going to be up towards the top. Nice job!

I don't know Chap,
The Broken Anchor guy doesn't really present anything special to ponder on and does it in a boring manner.
Now when ol' GTMO posts his detailed predictions today it will clearly put this guy to shame...I'm all giddy with anticipation!!

I thought the Marines were always punctual.

I was hoping it would coincide with my after dinner cocktail but I've had to return to the well several times. I now feel like I did waiting for Zeppelin to hit stage in '77.

That is a good one.... Git will still come in guns a blasting. Obviously his BlueJays #1. Thinking he will have my guys 3rd. Guess on where the muskies are?

Just realized he said it would be posted on Bluenotes. For some reason he didn't provide HLOH with the link, so here it is.
https://bluenotes2.com/in-the-paint-posts/I must comment on his summary of Xavier's potential. He failed to mention the expected impact that our transfers will have.....ESPECIALLY if Stanley gets his waiver. But even if he doesn't, Johnson will really surprise people and Griffin can flat out board. Also Hanson transfered and the walk on Singh is a total non factor.

It’s after 1 AM in the morning and I knocked down (participated in knocking down) two very fine bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon. That is my preamble in order to help frame my thoughts here.
Zup, thanks for the link. My only inebriated comments at this point are these:
1. gtmo, is a glass half full kind of guy. I love it.
2. THIS is THE conference to be a part of; to cheer for (pardon my grammar).
You UCONN guys are going to think you’ve died and gone to heaven.

Uncle Git is mellowing as he ages. Nothing over the top about his predictions. 17-3 would be an incredible league record. But if it is indeed a bubble scenario then those away games at Cintas, Hinkle or the Dunk won’t be nearly as imposing. So you would think that really benefits the more talented teams (which CU certainly is this year). Marq high, NE schools lower is interesting. I like where you put Butler—always a tough out. Good job Mr Harvey...
