Sneaky big game for Georgetown today vs a UNC Greensboro team that is top 100. Lost @ Kansas earlier this season by only 12. Kind of in between tough stretches- last week Texas/Duke, next week @ Oklahoma St and SMU, followed by Syracuse.

Adding Wichita State means the AAC must now be counted as a 'Major 7' conference – Matt, Norlander CBS Sports – November 1, 2017
The Shockers put the AAC into college basketball's exclusive club of powerful leagues

In college football we have the Power 5, but in college basketball there is now a Major 7: The ACC, the American, the Big 12, the Big East, the Big Ten, the Pac-12, and the SEC.

Conference RPI Rankings – udpride RPI – games through Friday November 29th
1. Big 12 .6135
2. Pac 12 .5857
3. Atlantic Coast Conference .5784
4. Big East .5723
5. Big Ten .5711
6. Southeastern .5690

7. Atlantic 10 .5381
8. West Coast .5286
9. American Athletic Conference .5259
10. Mountain West .5214
11. Ivy League .5213

12. Mid American .5199
13. Big Sky .5141
14 . Colonial .5005

That didn't last long.

Best of luck to St. John's, Xavier, and Georgetown.

Thank you, Swampy. Appreciate your AAC dunk as well. A-10 looking real solid this year. VCU should've had that purdue game though

Wasn't the AAC low as well in the RPI early as well last year?

and still the RPI is a dead measure. We'll see when the NET gets released in 2 weeks.

Not a good loss for the Hoyas.

Agreed. UNCG is a solid mid-major, but we should never tolerate one of our teams paying for a L.

going to put a lot of pressure the next 3 games. @ Oklahoma St, @ SMU, and Syracuse. Entering with 3 losses now.
