but the Georgetown game is maybe more important for the bubble teams. Georgetown is #74 in the NET this morning and plays #110 DePaul tonight. So a loss and they're clearly out of the top 75. That would take away Q1 wins from Marquette, St John's, Butler, and Creighton. Also, it means they're not a Q1 team for Seton Hall on Saturday, which is huge.

Huge is an interesting way of saying irrelevant. Seton Hall has the quality wins it needs - what matter now is quantity/record. Whether this game ultimately falls into Q1 or Q2 will have no impact on whether or not Seton Hall gets in the tournament.

Here is where I disagree with you. I think if Georgetown was Q1 end of the year, and Seton Hall beats them- that may be enough to get Seton Hall into the tourney.... That'd be 4 Q1 wins at that point.
And I totally disagree with FormulaX. The quad wins are very important now. Come selection Sunday all you hear is team x has 5 Q1 wins. that's why they're in and team y with 3 Q1 wins is out.
