Obviously Nova v Marquette should be a fun one.. Fox has been waiting all year for this matchup. Will be interesting to see how much Marquette would drop if they leave this week with 2 straight losses

Exciting day. Even though everyone is playing, the St. John's game is the only one where I care about who wins. Positives and negatives for everyone else winning or losing.

St. John's hasn't had a 2 game winning streak since the first week of January. Hopefully they buck the trend but who knows lol.

The Butler/Georgetown game is a big one I think. Georgetown right now helping St John's and Creighton as Q1 wins by being #72. A home loss to a mid 50's Butler could push them outside the top 75, taking away that Q1 win.. .

If you’re just hoping for increased ncaa bids, need to pull for Hoyas and Johnnies in these early ones.
Nebraska by birth, Creighton by choice.

Awful performance by SJU. Even with Heron out, no excuse. Ugh.

I’m sure providence fans are fine with it because they were on the winning end, but what a horrible game. All around. Whistles every 10 seconds. No nice highlight plays on either side. Gross game that was not fun to watch at all. I hope no one watched that game because it was stashed on CBSSN. Providence made 21 shots and won a basketball game.

I give Cooley credit, he knows his team is offensively challenged, so he has these guys really playing defense to make up for it. They came in with a good defensive game plan and of course mullin and Co couldn’t make a single adjustment.

The only positive I take from today is Josh Roberts the freshman getting some good minutes

Nightmare day for conference with SJ and G'Town losing. We legitimately may be looking at 2 bids. Just cannibalism all over. St. John's will never be for real with Chris Mullin masquerading as a coach. He's stealing our money and so are Mitch and St. Jean. Absolute inability to have any consistency or win 2 in a row with easily the 3rd most talent if not the most in the conference. Anyone who wants him to have an extension is nuts.
