But there are people that think DePaul is going to keep these guys even though they never do in the first place AND they’re likely going to be looking at a NCAA inquiry shortly? Well, OK

Hopefully Stever is speculating that Jacobs wouldn't have committed to DePaul if Campbell was on the roster, with or without the ACL tear.

Perhaps ol' Steverrrr was inferring that had Tyger stayed with DePaul, and then tore his ACL, things would have been looking down for the Demons. With the decom, then signing with UCLA, the hard luck is now on the Bruins with the injury.
By Tyger reopening his recruitment and signing with UCLA, DePaul dodged a bullet with this injury. Even Steve would not wish an injury on a recruit/player. ;)

exactly. The old DePaul would have gotten Tyger and then the ACL tears and they're stuck. The old Murphys law if you will.

Just want to point how much I enjoyed going back and reading this and the other prediction threads for this season 8-)

Almost unanimously considered a significant underdog now against Wofford, here's hoping the Pirates continue to defy expectations.
