Senior night for the Jays.

Including the last two players recruited to play in the Valley. (Hegner & Clement were both red-shirt freshmen the first season in the Big East)

I agree. For Creighton they really need this one if they want to get out of the 8-9 pit of misery for good.

Solid first half for CU, just didn't finish well in the first half with Khyri on the bench. That dunk by Marcus Foster was  !

Jays need this one to build some momentum to finish the regular season, going into the BET Tournament.

Nice win for Creighton. Guarantees an NCAA birth, one more win likely gets us atleast a 7th seed imo.

Congrats! I think Coach MAC did a splendid job this year. 8-)

My guess is that if Creighton loses its final regular season game to Marquette and then is bumped in their opening game in the BE Tournament, then your guys are more likely looking at a 10 seed.

OR

My guess is that if Creighton wins its final regular season game to Marquette and then runs through the BE Tournament, then your guys are more likely looking at a 4 seed.

Creighton has the 24th ranked Team Sheet (aggregate) but still a comparatively ugly Q1. It will be interesting to see how this Committee weighs the various components, because all of this will be on the official dossiers.

Side note: Creighton, Butler, and Seton Hall have basically the same Team Sheet(s).

Interesting how these ranks(which I think is how we're going to see the quadrents based next year) would favor the Big East a lot more than just the RPI....
Creighton 33 RPI to 24
Butler 34 RPI to 26
St John's 88 RPI to 73
that would be 3 more Q1 games.

looking at the sheets- Providence is an interesting test case this year. 41.7 for resume but 68.7 for predictive. I think they're the kind of team that eventually will be regularly left out of the tourney. But I'm not sure that'll be the case this year.
