Shocks me that Creighton would be favored today.

Why shocked? If you're only looking at the rankings, then yes. If you're looking at their performance, no.

X has had significant difficulty their last several games...failure to protect leads, faulty & porous defense. Last 2 games went to OT.
Todays' game in Omaha and you factor in homecourt advantage. Creighton should be favored. Jays win today. X poss looking ahead to Nova.

I am looking directly at our performance since Krampejl's injury.

We likely have the same record at this point in time than we'd have with Krampelj. We have won two road games without him.

Go glass half empty if you like, but we are at home. I'll say this game is about 50/50 which is pretty much what the line is.

Another huge day for the conference.

1. PC in a can’t-lose game if they wanna make the tournament.
2. Creighton-X with important implications for standings.
3. Villanova badly needing this W if they want to win the conference.
4. Hall needing a rebound. Need to avoid an ugly mark on their resume.
5. Marquette’s at-large tournament aspirations are likely out with a L.

Villanova looks like a totally different team without Paschall.

And right on cue Nova goes on a 16-2 run.

I know he has 26 points so far, but I have to cringe at the thought that Divincenzo is going to be the leading scorer for us next season.

Shamorie Ponds has Allen Iverson-like stamina. Unbelievable.

I wish I had a dollar for every time DiVincenzo pushed off today. He got away with murder today. Embarrassing.
