That was a hell of a game tonight.

Big East basketball is a tough road.
...he went up late, and I was already up there.

That might've been the best game I have seen all year. Great road win for XU.

IMO, Kanter is right there with the best bigs in this league. Guy seems to be getting better every game. He is the kind of big that can help take X a long way in March.

PC is down at the half to GT at home. A loss here won't knock them out of the field, but it will push them down into dangerous territory, with some tough games coming up.

Kanter and O'Mara are good players, but Wideman and Fowler made them look like the Globetrotters tonight.

Agreed that with all the weapons that Xavier has, they absolutely should have a shot at a Final 4 this year.

Now would be a nice time for Providence to start playing if it wants to make the dance..

Kenpom already doesn't think much of PC, having them at 59 before this game. RPI is much more friendly, with PC at 27, but they'll drop to 45 if they lose this game. You don't want to put yourself in a position where you need to beat Villanova, or Xavier in Cincy to get in. A loss here leaves them without much wiggle room outside of those 2 games, meaning beating Seton Hall would become almost a must.

PC escapes which I suppose is good for the league. I honestly sort of feel bad for Georgetown though.

Georgetown just doesn't know how to close games.
