Howard can at least get to the hoop. Rowsey can do one thing, chuck it. He has confidence, but not in his teammates. He thinks him shooting a bad shot is better than his teammates shooting a good shot.

He drives inside the arc like Howard; in fact, when you compare those attempts to Howard, he appears to drive inside more. And again, that assist rate of 26.1% is really good, so he clearly is passing off to his teammates for a good shot when he isn't a putting up a true shooting percentage of 62.1% himself. Rowsey has his flaws and does take (and make) some questionable shots, but your claims are exaggerated.

And I'm telling you that your perception doesn't match up with stats at all, so you should probably rethink it in favor of a more moderate take.
