Howard shoots a higher percentage of shots when he's on the floor and has a lower assist rate. They both have the ball a lot, though, so they'll look good when they're scoring and making plays (like Howard last night) and bad when they're not (like Rowsey last night). They really do suck as defenders, though.

Howard can at least get to the hoop. Rowsey can do one thing, chuck it. He has confidence, but not in his teammates. He thinks him shooting a bad shot is better than his teammates shooting a good shot.

Like Howard, Rowsey's most common shot is a three (162 attempts), but next to that Rowsey has 103 two-point attempts and 122 free-throw attempts. He drives inside the arc like Howard; in fact, when you compare those attempts to Howard, he appears to drive inside more. And again, that assist rate of 26.1% is really good, so he clearly is passing off to his teammates for a good shot when he isn't a putting up a true shooting percentage of 62.1% himself. Rowsey has his flaws and does take (and make) some questionable shots, but your claims are exaggerated.

I only know what I see. When Rowsey gets the ball his mind is on one thing, his shot.

And I'm telling you that your perception doesn't match up with stats at all, so you should probably rethink it in favor of a more moderate take.
