DePaul is going to finish last in the Big East for the 8th time in the last decade. The two years they didn't, '15 and '16, they finished 9th and 8th (of 10). DePaul is the most remarkably consistent program in the country.

The Hoyas have a pretty good frontcourt but Ewing needs to recruit a point guard asap.

Geez, you're dumb. That picture just about sums up the Butler Way - - sore losers. Bad optics for your school.

X now 18-6 vs Butler in the last 24; 7-3 in the last 10 games.

Did not play a great game at all. Playing on the road against #5 they should have been burried. X fans have to be happy with winning but I'd be concerened with the way you are letting teams hang around. Has to be F4 or bust this year, right?

This is sour grapes and just plain false. That's the best Butler has played away from Hinkle all season.

One thing to remember about nildogg, anything Xavier related gives him a major case of the goo. X is living in his head rent free.

X is now 18-6 vs Butler in the last 24. Rivalry?

I don't have a dawg in this fight but I hope head to head records aren't the end-all-be-all of a rivalry. I mean I'd like to think that X and Nova have a budding rivalry, right? :D

JK, you guys get back to complimenting each other's programs and I'll check if the popcorn is ready.
Go Nova!

Bad Optics? A dog peeing in a frozen patch of soil in front of a spot on Xavier's campus when Butler considers them a rival is cute, harmless, and funny. Xavier Athletics' twitter account had the perfect reply back too, which was equally hilarious.

Also, if it's not a rivalry, why do you care so much about your record during a time in which Xavier has had far more head coaching stability and more talent on their roster? You should be winning the majority of these games.

Since the 08-09 season, which is when Butler and Xavier started playing one another consistently again (their last meeting before that was what, 1998?), Xavier leads the series 10-6.

Ha! I didn't mention "rivalry" anywhere in my post. I just pointed out the record for kicks. Xavier's rival is UC, so don't get too full of yourself over that notion.

I actually like your mascot and thought the pic was funny.

But that isn't the point. The point is that you guys believe Butler has some kind of spotless rep and mystique, and that Xavier is about "criminals" and the other nonsense you spout on about on your message board. Rather desperate on the part of some of your fan base actually.

If the roles were reversed - had the Blue Blob taken a dump on your campus hayride wagon - you guys would be beside yourselves, throwing out your "classless" remarks. You don't get to have it both ways.

Did I mention 7-3 in the last 10 games...

How many more posts until we hear about water fountains, clock malfunctions, and F4's? :P
